Beginners Course

This 4-week Yoga Beginners Course is the best way to start your yoga practice. The course focuses on learning basic breathing exercises (Pranayama) learning 25 of the most well-known yoga poses (Asana) and we will teach you how to truly relax (Savasana). This course will set you up for a safe practice with alignment and muscle engagement being a primary focus in all poses.


$70 / $65 concession (Bookings Essential). Special Price $40.


Beginners Courses are generally run on Sundays from 12:15pm-1:30pm and run for 4 weeks.

Week 1
Three part breath (breathing exercise) Mountain / basic seated poses / Savasana (relaxation)
Week 2
Full Yogic Breath (breathing exercise) / basic standing poses / basic seated poses / Savasana (relaxation)
Week 3
Full Yogic breath (breathing exercise) / Salute to the Sun / basic standing poses / basic seated poses / back bends / half shoulder-stand / Savasana (relaxation)
Week 4
Ujjayi breathing (breathing exercise) / standing poses / seated poses / all back bends / Savasana (relaxation)
