We have a range of classes and other options to suit you

Maximum of 40 students per class.
No booking is required. Please come along to any class you feel is suitable.
Drop in students are welcome.
FITNESS PASSPORT MEMBERS ARE WELCOME.
Please bring your own yoga mat and props if you can.
We recommend you also bring disinfecting wipes or hand sanitiser.
If you use our yoga mat please wipe down before & after use with soapy water supplied.
