Cindy Gilboy

Hi, I’m Cindy. I’m passionate about movement and simplifying wellness, with a mission to help you live a healthier, less stressful life.

I turned to yoga to find calm amid the busyness of my life and instantly fell in love with its holistic benefits. The combination of physical stretching, strength, mindfulness, and breathwork was transformative.

I have completed my 200hr yoga teacher training and followed that with further studies in Yin, Restorative, and pre-post natal yoga.

I love helping people connect with their bodies, move with confidence.
