Gwen Maas

I began teaching yoga over seven years ago and continue to feel like a lifelong student. For me, yoga is more than a physical practice, it’s a way of living that flows into every part of my life.

I currently teach at Yoga Health, with training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Chair Yoga. Alongside this, I also offer prenatal yoga, supporting women through pregnancy with a focus on perinatal mental health and wellbeing.

I have a strong background in community and health services, including time working in a rehabilitation centre where I facilitated trauma-informed yoga. This experience deeply shapes the way I teach!

Originally from the Netherlands, I’ve been living in Australia for the past 10 years and feel grateful to continue sharing this practice with others.
