Easy Yoga
The class begins with gradual warming up of the body with breath work, to allow the body and spine to gently warm up and open up, with an emphasis on breathing and connecting the mind to the body with each yoga posture or movement. This is followed by a series of stronger standing poses, and seated yoga poses that focus on strength, balance and breathing with correct anatomical and postural alignment. The class ends with a long yoga ‘nidra’ or relaxation.
