Prana Vinyasa
Fridays 9:30-11am
This multi level vinyasa yoga class is a fluid movement meditation practice inspired by the teachings of Shiva Rea.
‘prana’ - life force, breath, movement of life
‘vinyasa’ - evolution, wave, cycle, lineage of flowing yoga
‘yoga’ - to unify, the state of unified consciousness
The purpose of this class is to bring the power of yoga off the mat and into the flow of life.
Some previous yoga experience is recommended.
