Teen yoga classes are designed specifically for teens and provide a supportive environment where young people can build strength, flexibility, confidence and inner peace.
Teen Yoga not only strengthens a teenager’s physiological changes, but yoga also supports the emotional and hormonal changes which can bring confusion and stress. Yoga builds mindful awareness, confidence, concentration, guides intuition, and teaches a multitude of relaxation techniques. Yoga also teaches us to explore ourselves with optimism and self-expression. Yoga is about giving, acceptance, respect for ourselves and others.
Each Teen Yoga term guides students through a journey of self study to learn ways to improve focus, expand awareness, de-stress and feel great!
