Tracy's Workshops allow the time to explore the poses in detail and focus on a particular subject.
For example, in the last year we have covered Neck and Shoulders, Women’s Health, Hips and Pelvis. Students can expect to learn new techniques, discover how to do the poses for their body and receive corrective adjustments. Yoga props are utilised to achieve a deep relaxation and experience the full benefits of the poses. Workshops are held on the first Saturday of the following months: March, April, May, June, August, September, October and November, at 2:00-5:00pm. All practicing students are welcome and bookings are essential.
Cath's Meditation Workshops are suitable for people who have never meditated before, but also those people who need a little refresher.
Cath believes the best learning happens through action, so during these workshops you will gain practical experience by trying different forms of meditation. There is also a little theory on the different styles, in addition you will come to understand why Cath believes meditation is the number one tool to living a fulfilling and successful life. Afternoon tea is provided as we have a break half way through the workshop and you get a workbook to take home with you.
